Gary David Meltzer

The Meltzer Team has enjoyed working with Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Landlords and Tenants in South Florida for the past 17 years. Prior to becoming a full time Realtors, Deborah spent the previous 25 years as a professional Cosmetologist and Make-Up Artist. Gary spent 20 years working in executive management positions in the Printing Industry. In the past 11 years he also owned a Home Inspection Business, and currently holds an active license as a Community Association Manager. As Certified Distressed Property Experts and Certified Investment Agent Specialists "The Meltzer Team" has represented both Distressed Property Owners and Investors in the Tri-County Area.
